Motor neurons are essential for voluntary movement. NSC-34 cells are a combination of mouse cancer cells and motor neuron cells. Here, we stained for different markers to validate the identity of these cells. Blue stains for DAPI, Red stains for MAP2, Purple stains for Beta-tubulin, and green stains for choline acetyltransferase, markers we would expect to see in these motor neurons.
