The OneNeuro Initiative invites applications for the 2026-2027 OneNeuro Graduate Student Scholars Program. This program is designed to support graduate students pursuing innovative, neuroscience-related research at Johns Hopkins University. Scholars will be selected for a one-year fellowship through a competitive application process. Projects may span molecular, computational, engineering, systems, behavioral, translational, or clinical neuroscience. Applications are due October 23, 2026.
OneNeuro Graduate Student Scholars will join a university-wide cohort of emerging neuroscience leaders. During the award period, Scholars will have opportunities to present their research, connect with faculty and trainees outside their primary field, develop new collaborations, participate in the annual OneNeuro symposium, and contribute to the broader OneNeuro community.
One brain. Many disciplines. OneNeuro.
Selected OneNeuro Graduate Student Scholars will receive $60,000 for one year to support their stipend as well as additional research and training costs. Funding decisions will be announced December 2026, with awards available as early as January 2027.
